Timothy Crosby

Associate

Timothy Crosby started his legal career in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The emphasis of his practice has always been personal injury and medical malpractice but also encompasses product liability, commercial and property disputes, wills and estates, and criminal defense.

Mr. Crosby grew up in rural Southern Illinois and attended the University of Illinois where he received his B.A. in History. After his undergraduate studies, Mr. Crosby moved to Appalachia to serve the impoverished communities of Southwest West Virginia. Through his travels and work experience, he discovered the importance of being a strong advocate for the community.

After his time in Appalachia, Mr. Crosby earned his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. While studying, he clerked for the Honorable Phil Gilbert of the Southern District of Illinois. He also clerked for Winters, Brewster, Crosby & Schafer, and spent a summer in Savannah Georgia as a summer associate for Savage, Turner, Pinckey & Savage.

Today, Mr. Crosby’s driving force centers on his clients. In a career that requires him to work closely with people facing injuries and other tragedies, it is his guiding principle to seek justice for those he represents.

Outside the office, Mr. Crosby enjoys any opportunity to be outdoors, especially with friends and family.
