Mr. Mark Cumalander has practiced law for over thirty years in the areas of municipal litigation, eminent domain, and personal injury. Mr. Cumalander has played a key role in securing substantial verdicts and settlements against various governmental entities and for individuals harmed by the negligence of others.
Mr. Cumalander earned his law degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1988 and his Bachelor of Arts from Furman University in 1985. He was a former assistant district attorney and municipal attorney accumulating numerous years of litigation experience in those areas.
He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1989. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Mr. Cumalander is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ) and Public Justice.
