MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS 

When you provide us with your contact information, such as through subscribing to our mailing lists via our Services, we may add your details to our contacts database and marketing lists. This allows us to send you relevant information, including follow-up materials or newsletters. You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. This applies to both email and telephone marketing. Here’s how you can exercise this right:

For email communications: You can either notify the sender directly or use the unsubscribe link provided in every marketing email we send. We will promptly process your request to ensure you no longer receive such communications.

For telephone marketing: For SMS/text messages, you can text “STOP” to opt out of any future text messages. For calls, you can inform the caller that you wish to opt out of future calls, and we will update our records accordingly.

Mobile Opt-in, SMS consent, and Phone Numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes without prior consent.

Additionally, you may have the option to register your telephone number with national Do Not Call registries, which can further limit marketing calls from various organizations. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still need to contact you for non-marketing purposes related to our Services or your legal matter.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY RIGHTS 

Our Services are not directed to children under sixteen years of age, and it is the policy of Milberg to not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of sixteen. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we receive personal information that we discovery was provided by a child under the age of sixteen, we will promptly destroy such information.

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Our Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) requests. DNT is a feature that, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked.
