As a Senior Associate with Milberg, Ms. Mercy Rodriguez‘s unique skill set in both commercial and litigation matters gives her a nuanced insight into issues from different perspectives and allows her to clearly articulate and communicate clients’ positions throughout the litigation process.
Ms. Rodriguez studied at both the University of Edinburgh and the Universidad of Salamanca before graduating with honors from the University of Miami with a degree in International Relations and Political Science. She received her law degree from Harvard Law School.
Upon graduation, Ms. Rodriguez moved to London, where she structured venture capital deals for multinational tech companies at a prestigious international firm. She further honed her legal skills as a criminal prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and as the legal director for a luxury yacht development company before transitioning to a boutique litigation firm. There, she represented plaintiffs in complex commercial matters and FINRA arbitration.
Outside the office, Ms. Rodriguez is an enthusiastic amateur equestrian and enjoys spending time with her family.
