Mr. Austin Michael Krtausch is a Milberg Associate attorney working out of its Miami office location, where he primarily focuses on complex litigation, finance & insurance litigation, consumer fraud, and IT litigation.

After graduating law school, Mr. Krtausch worked with prominent white-collar defense attorneys to represent corporate executives, prominent individuals, athletes, recording artists, public figures, politicians, and corporations charged with, or under investigation for, violations of various federal and state crimes throughout the country.

Mr. Krtausch has handled matters involving securities fraud, healthcare fraud, wire fraud, bribery, money laundering, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country and has tried cases before a jury to verdict.

Outside of the office, Mr. Krtausch enjoys traveling with his fiancée, playing golf, and fishing. He is a former athlete and an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins and Florida State Seminoles.
