Mr. Eric Ulerio Fernández is an Associate attorney working out of Milberg’s San Juan, Puerto Rico office. His primary areas of focus include civil and insurance litigation.

Mr. Ulerio began practicing law after joining the Merlin Law Group where he worked alongside policyholders after the devasting damages caused by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

Through this experience, Mr. Ulerio discovered his passion for helping others. He firmly believes “all deserve justice,” and he advocates for those wronged by insurance companies and large corporations accordingly.

His prior experience as a law clerk for various firms involved appeal claims and tort litigation.
