After representing corporate entities for several years, Mr. Jordan Macejka joined Milberg, realizing his passion in law is to hold those large entities and corporations accountable for negligently injuring others and refusing to take responsibility or provide compensation for their actions.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2016, Mr. Macejka began practicing at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm handling motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability cases. He then transitioned to a highly regarded boutique firm handling insurance defense and insurance coverage cases. In addition, Mr. Macejka has represented financial institutions in complex commercial and banking litigation matters.

Outside the office, Mr. Macejka likes getting outdoors. An avid sports fan, he enjoys basketball, football, MMA, and F1 Racing. He and his fiancé consider themselves “foodies” who try all types of foods while frequenting restaurants on the weekends.
