Milberg collects both personal information that you provide directly and technical information gathered automatically through your interactions with the Services.
We collect personal data through various channels in order to provide and improve our Services. When you interact directly with our Services, such as by contacting us or registering to receive event and promotional materials, you voluntarily provide information like your name, email address, and phone number. This helps us to understand how users interact with our Services and allows us to enhance your experience.
In addition to direct interactions, we may obtain information about you from publicly available sources. We also work with service providers who may retrieve publicly accessible information, which we may combine with the personal data we already have about you. This comprehensive approach to data collection enables us to offer more personalized and efficient services while maintaining compliance with applicable privacy laws.
As discussed above, Milberg collects personal information through our Services that you voluntarily provide. This may include, but is not limited to:

- Professional or employment-related information
- Financial information (e.g., bank details for transactions)
- Demographic information
- And any other information that you submit via email, web forms, or when joining our mailing list.
The categories of personal information we collect may be considered sensitive under various state and federal privacy laws. This could include characteristics of protected classifications or other categories as defined by applicable law. While providing personal information is not mandatory to use our Services, please note that choosing not to provide certain requested information may limit your access to specific features or hinder our ability to respond effectively to our inquiries.
Milberg also uses cookies and similar technologies to automatically collect information when you use our Services. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
When you provide us with your contact information, such as through subscribing to our mailing lists via our Services, we may add your details to our contacts database and marketing lists. This allows us to send you relevant information, including follow-up materials or newsletters. You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. This applies to both email and telephone marketing. Here’s how you can exercise this right:
- For email communications: You can either notify the sender directly or use the unsubscribe link provided in every marketing email we send. We will promptly process your request to ensure you no longer receive such communications.
- For telephone marketing: For SMS/text messages, you can text “STOP” to opt out of any future text messages. For calls, you can inform the caller that you wish to opt out of future calls, and we will update our records accordingly.
- For all marketing communications: You can send a request to dataprivacy@milberg.com, specifying which types of marketing communications you wish to opt out of (email, telephone, or both).
Additionally, you may have the option to register your telephone number with national Do Not Call registries, which can further limit marketing calls from various organizations. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still need to contact you for non-marketing purposes related to our Services or your legal matter.

This Privacy Policy exclusively governs our Services, and does not extend to external entities, including companies, individuals, or organizations to which we may provide links. These third-party sites operate under their own distinct privacy policies and data collection practices, which may differ significantly from ours. When navigating away from our Services to linked sites, we strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of each site you visit, remain aware that different rules may apply to the handling of your information, and exercise caution about the personal data you choose to share. We have no control over or responsibility for the content presented on third-party sites, the privacy policies implemented by external platforms, or the data handling practices of other services.
