With over twenty years of experience practicing law, Mrs. Melinda Maxson is a Milberg Senior Counsel whose practice primarily focuses on mass arbitration.
Along with a tireless commitment to advocate for her clients, Mrs. Maxson has deep respect for the role the justice system plays in maintaining a fair, free, and prosperous society. She believes access to legal representation is critical.
“Too often, powerful companies motivated by profit violate the laws that are intended to protect us. Mass actions enable everyday people to hold these companies accountable, and ensure that the law applies equally to everyone, regardless of financial status or power.”
After graduating from Boston College summa cum laude, Mrs. Maxson obtained her J.D. from Washington University, where she received Order of the Coif recognition.
Mrs. Maxson is admitted to practice in Missouri.
As the current president of the Missouri Quarter Horse Association, Mrs. Maxson and her husband breed and show American Quarter horses and raise red Angus cattle. She is the proud mother of three sons and one daughter.
