Ms. Shannon K. Tully is a Milberg Senior Associate working out of the firm’s New York office location, where she predominantly focuses on mass arbitration matters involving consumer fraud, IT litigation, cybersecurity and privacy matters, and defective products.
Driven by a deep commitment to transparency and justice, Ms. Tully advocates for individuals’ rights to control their personal information and seek meaningful redress when their privacy rights are violated. She has nearly a decade of experience practicing law and representing wronged consumers across a range of practice areas.
Her career began with the Lanier Law firm, where she managed product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort cases. There, she focused on representing individuals impacted by asbestos-related diseases and exposure to a range of dangerous products (i.e. talc and talcum power) for more than four years. Her practice shifted to consumer protection and data privacy matters, where she represented consumers in federal, state, and mass arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Tully received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law; she received her B.S. from Ursinus College.
She has been recognized on numerous occasions by the National Trial Lawyers, both as a Top 40 Under 40 and among the Top 100 Lawyers in New York. She is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the American Association for Justice.
Ms. Tully is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside of the office, Ms. Tully enjoys cheering on the New York Yankees and New York Liberty, working out, golfing, and spending time with her fiancé and dog.
