Amanda Murphy Memmler

Associate

Amanda Murphy Memmler is an Associate working out of Milberg’s Raleigh office. Her practice includes environmental tort litigation as well as consumer protection class actions.

Ms. Memmler received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. While attending, she served on the Public Interest Law Organization (PILO) board, an organization which provides grants allowing students to serve their communities in public interest positions around the country. She also interned in several criminal law and medical malpractice positions. Prior to attending law school, she attended Auburn University where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Outside of the office, Ms. Memmler serves as the vice-chair of North Carolina Advocates for Justice’s New Lawyers Division and is honored to be a member of the 2025 cohort of the NEXT Leadership program.

She also serves on the Wake County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division board.

Ms. Memmler is admitted to practice in the state of North Carolina.
