Ms. Natalie Rico serves as Partner with Milberg’s Miami-based team. She joins Milberg after two years of serving as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Miami.
Before the City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Rico spent a decade specializing in mass tort litigation, class actions, products liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and construction litigation.
Ms. Rico’s grandfather, Pablo Acosta, inspired her to pursue law. Pablo was an attorney in his homeland of Cuba, but he fled the country with his family due to the communist revolution. Pablo had a profound respect for the rule of law, which he instilled in his children and grandchildren. It is his example and fervent respect for the law that inspired Ms. Rico to pursue a legal career.
Outside the office, Ms. Rico is a huge supporter of the Arts, including ballet, opera, and musical theatre.
She also serves as a board member and secretary of Reclaimed Earth, a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of endangered wildlife through species and habitat protection, repopulation, and medical care needs for critically endangered species in the wild, worldwide.
