Mr. Tyler Litke is an Associate with Milberg who proudly represents consumers in class actions and mass arbitration for claims involving false advertising, defective products, consumer fraud, securities litigation, and other torts.

Mr. Litke received his Juris Doctor in 2018 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. He began his legal career in Chicago as a plaintiff’s lawyer, litigating personal injury cases from inception through trial. He then transitioned from his role as a plaintiff’s attorney to a national law firm in New York, where he defended domestic and foreign manufacturers, distributors, and retailers (including Fortune 500 companies) in complex commercial product liability actions in federal and state courts throughout the United States and Canada.

Mr. Litke’s passion for fighting for justice and standing with those who are wronged or harmed led him to return to the plaintiff’s side of the practice.

He is a current member of the American Association for Justice and is licensed to practice in both New York and Illinois.

Outside the office, Mr. Litke enjoys cheering on his Chicago teams and the Longhorns. Aside from watching or playing sports, he loves to travel, attend concerts, and explore new restaurants in the city.
