Mr. Wolf’s practice focuses on consumer class action litigation involving claims for false advertising, unfair business practices, and data privacy violations. He represents plaintiffs in California and throughout the country, in both state and federal courts. His experience includes successfully resolving a number of class actions alleging deceptive pricing, mislabeled products, violations of biometric privacy laws, and data breaches. Examples include Cline et al. v. Torrid LLC ($11 million settlement in deceptive pricing class action); Hampton v. Mattress Firm Inc. ($5.5 million settlement in deceptive pricing class action); In re: Arthur J. Gallagher Data Breach Litigation ($21 million settlement in data breach class action); Karling v. Samsara Inc. ($3.95 million settlement in BIPA class action); In re: loanDepot Data Breach Litigation (data breach class action settlement providing $25 million common fund and $98 million in total value); and Colombo v. YouTube LLC ($6 million settlement in BIPA class action).

Before joining the plaintiffs’ bar, Mr. Wolf was a litigator at DLA Piper LLP and Akin Gump Straus Hauer & Feld LLP in Los Angeles for over eight years where he represented public and private companies in consumer class actions and other complex commercial disputes. His practice included counseling Apple, Danone, Chipotle, Bayer, and other companies across the food and beverage, consumer electronics, and hospitality sectors in false advertising, unfair competition, and data privacy matters. Building upon this perspective, Mr. Wolf turned his focus to representing aggrieved consumers in class action litigation.
