“Last summer, I was a Summer Associate in Milberg’s New York City office, where I worked primarily on data breach and pixel tracking class action matters. The summer was particularly transformative for me because, rather than just research memos, my supervising attorneys had me work on projects that were integral to the litigation process. As a rising third-year law student, I actively helped with several cases spanning a multitude of jurisdictions and substantive issues. For example, I handled sections of several oppositions to motions to dismiss, requests for judicial notice, complaints, and motions that implicated attorney’s fees.

On top of the content of the workload, my supervising attorneys were amazing mentors. They were extremely accessible, understanding when I was confused, and provided lots of amazing feedback on my writing and approach to lawyering.
