Mr. Woodworth B. Winmill is a Milberg Associate based in New York City whose primary area of focus involves mass arbitration.

Having practiced for several years, Mr. Winmill is motivated to utilize the law to address social and economic wrongs while improving the lives of others – particularly those who have been mistreated by businesses and corporations.

Mr. Winmill received his B.A. from Bowdoin College where he was recognized as both a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar and a Faculty Scholar. After graduating, Mr. Winmill pursued his J.D. from Fordham Law School and Columbia Law School, where he was similarly recognized as a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Particularly through immigration and guardianship cases, Mr. Winmill takes tremendous pride in his pro bono work.

He is admitted to practice in New York.

Outside the office, Mr. Winmill enjoys running, creative writing, traveling, spending time with his pets, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
