Adrian H. F. Ward

Associate

Adrian H. F. Ward is a Milberg Associate with the firm’s New York City office, where he focuses on mass arbitration matters involving IT litigation, consumer fraud, and consumer finance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ward has represented hundreds of thousands of consumer clients in mass arbitrations against Fortune 500 companies across a range of claims including data privacy, consumer protection, consumer finance, and products liability. He is inspired to advocate for consumers who have been wronged by a system or company that may seem “too big to challenge,” and assisting individuals in leveraging their power.

Early in his career, Mr. Ward gained legislative experience through an externship in the United Kingdom with the Government of Northern Ireland. There, Mr. Ward worked on a team advising Advocate General Sir Charles Geoffrey Cox KC on the anticipated impact of Brexit on the mechanism of Administration Review in U.K. Courts.

He served in a similar capacity on a local level with the New York City Council, where he contributed to an early version of the city law which capped fees that food delivery apps were authorized to charge restaurants and delivery drivers during the COVID pandemic.

Mr. Ward received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and received numerous accolades – including the Whitmore Gray Prize in International Law and the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award – and participated in the Legislative Policy and Advocacy Clinic. Prior, he received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and various District Courts within the state.

Outside the office, Mr. Ward enjoys cooking, reading, and gardening.
