Tristan A. Duarte is a Milberg Associate with the firm’s New York City office, where his practice focuses on environmental and toxic torts matters, commercial litigation, state and local government representation, and defective product litigation.

Mr. Duarte received his juris doctor from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2024.

He began his career with Milberg as a law clerk, assisting the State & Local Government and Environmental & Toxic Torts practice group teams with a myriad of complex, class action matters.

Mr. Duarte is inspired to hold corporate wrongdoers accountable by utilizing his practice to ensure the laws of our nation are enforced, and that no person or entity is held above the law.

Outside the office, Mr. Duarte enjoys cooking, golfing, exercise, walking, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
