Data Operations & Reconciliation
- Manage, clean, and reconcile large datasets (often thousands of records) across multiple sources
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Track verified, unverified, and exception populations and clearly document verification status
- Prepare clean, defensible datasets for mediations, productions, or internal decision‑making
Process Design & Improvement
- Build and refine repeatable verification and review processes that scale efficiently
- Create documentation, trackers, and internal guidelines to ensure consistency across matters
- Partner with attorneys, paralegals, client care teams, and technical staff to streamline workflows
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy through better process design
Reporting & Communication
