Edina Hartstein is an Associate with the firm’s New York City office, where her practice focuses on mass arbitration.

Ms. Hartstein received her juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2026. While at Fordham, she was a published member of the Fordham Law Review, where her Note, A True Fact Should Not Be Controversial: Analyzing the Zauderer Standard and Defining ‘Uncontroversial,’ examined the First Amendment, consumer protection laws, and Supreme Court precedent.

Ms. Hartstein began her legal career through a range of litigation, public interest, and regulatory experiences. She worked with the National Student Legal Defense Network, where she assisted with litigation, deposition preparation, legal research, and advocacy projects focused on financial aid transparency and tuition discounting. She also gained experience in domestic violence prosecution, investment management, regulatory and compliance matters, and rule-of-law advocacy.

Ms. Hartstein is passionate about using the law to promote accountability, protect consumers, and ensure that legal systems operate fairly and effectively.

She passed the February 2026 New York Bar Exam and will be admitted to practice in New York.

Outside the office, Ms. Hartstein enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring New York City.
