Jenna Santero

Associate

Originally from California, Jenna Santero grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Film from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2021. She continued her attendance at the University of Tennessee and studied at the Winston College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in May 2025.

During her law school career, Jenna participated in mock trial and other advocacy competitions to pursue her goal of becoming a litigator, as well as pursuing writing through her role as a staff editor on the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. She was the President of the Environmental Law Organization and started the Environmental Law Teaching program, where she taught Introduction to Environmental Law as a professor in the department of Earth, Environmental, and Planetary Science. She directed the 15th annual Appalachian Public Interest Environmental Law Conference and remains an active member of the organization committee.

She was an accomplished law student, winning the Environmental Leadership award for outstanding leadership, second place in the Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution mock trial competition, and CALI awards for the highest performance in Trial Practice and Environmental Litigation.

She began her legal career as a summer associate at Milberg in her first year of law school, returned for her second and third years, and joined as a full-time Law Clerk in 2025. After passing the Universal Bar Exam with a score high enough for admittance in any jurisdiction, she became a licensed attorney and transitioned her role at Milberg to an Associate Attorney. She currently practices in the Consumer Class Action team with a focus on mislabeling and defective consumer products.
