Mark Svensson

Associate

Mr. Mark Svensson is an Associate at Milberg, where he represents clients in a wide variety of data privacy and class action matters.

Mr. Svensson is experienced in litigating and negotiating on behalf of clients against businesses and government entities for violations of consumer protection laws.

Prior to joining Milberg, Mr. Svensson was an Associate in Levi & Korsinsky, LLP’s Consumer Litigation and Mass Arbitration practice group. Previously, he served as an Attorney Advisor for the United States Small Business Administration’s Office of Capital Access, where he helped rebuild and strengthen American businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Svensson earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he attended as a Distinguished Scholar recipient. During law school, he worked as a Law Clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, a Legal Intern for the New York State Office of the Attorney General, and a Legal Intern for The United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services.

An active member of the American Bar Association, Mr. Svensson serves on the Pro Bono and Public Service Forum Committee. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where he serves on the President’s Committee on Access to Justice. He is also a member of the Rockland County Bar Association.

Mr. Svensson is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia.
