Molly Savage

Associate

Molly Savage is an associate in Milberg’s Mass Arbitration Practice. She is based in Detroit, Michigan.

Ms. Savage has advocated for individuals in their disputes against large corporations and institutions throughout her career. She began her legal career practicing civil rights and employment law, representing plaintiffs in actions across a wide range of claims, including race discrimination, sex discrimination, First Amendment retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, ADA, and FMLA.

Ms. Savage clerked for the Honorable Judge Philip P. Mariani on the Michigan Court of Appeals and worked at a boutique appellate law firm in Detroit before joining Milberg. She has successfully represented clients at the appellate level in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Ms. Savage received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, where she graduated cum laude. Prior, she received her B.S. from Grand Valley State University.

She is admitted to practice in Michigan state court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
