Ruby Moscone

Associate

Ruby Rose Moscone is an Associate with the firm’s New York City office, where her practice focuses on mass arbitration in consumer protection and data privacy matters, class action litigation, and federal civil rights litigation.

Ms. Moscone received her juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2025.

She began her legal career through a range of litigation and public interest experiences. As a judicial intern for the Honorable Consuelo Mallafre Melendez, J.S.C., of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, she drafted decisions in complex civil matters, including a published opinion in Marino v. Friedman et al., recognized by the court and published in the New York Law Journal. She also gained experience in employment, entertainment, intellectual property, and matrimonial law, and interned with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, Child & Family Services Team.

Ms. Moscone is committed to representing those who have been wronged by powerful institutions, ranging from corporations engaging in deceptive practices or government actors violating constitutional rights.

She is admitted to practice in New York. Additionally, she passed the February 2026 California Bar Examination and will be admitted to practice in California.

Outside the office, Ms. Moscone enjoys traveling, fishing, and meeting new people.
