  • Leading Plaintiffs’ Firm Expands as Milberg Phillips Grossman

NEW YORK, New York, June 20, 2019 — Complex litigation firm Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman LLP continues to expand under a new name. Effective today, Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman will be known as Milberg Phillips Grossman LLP as partner Ariana Tadler has left the firm to open her own practice.

Milberg Phillips Grossman LLP practices complex litigation domestically, and as a result of its successes, has expanded its practice to South America and Europe, with an emphasis on the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Founding Partner Glenn Phillips said the firm will announce further strategic partnerships and law firm acquisitions in the coming months.

Milberg Phillips Grossman LLP represents plaintiffs in a wide range of complex litigation in the areas of antitrust, securities fraud, consumer protection, data breaches, whistler blower/Qui Tam, product liability, and aviation-related litigation. The firm also represents governmental entities. Its expansion adds additional practice areas of environmental litigation, financial and insurance litigation, cyber law and security, and human rights litigation.

Milberg Phillips Grossman’s domestic and global practices will support the firm’s mission to serve a broad range of clients who are seeking to enforce their rights as consumers and stakeholders.

“Malfeasance knows no borders; it is a worldwide phenomenon that requires practices not only in the United States but also abroad,” said Phillips. “A lot of what we do, and have accomplished domestically, translates well to what we are doing globally. We are building on Milberg’s strong foundation, resources, and depth of attorney expertise to service a diverse and global client base.”

Co-Founder Marc Grossman said Milberg Phillips Grossman’s restructuring additionally enables the Phillips and Grossman entities to further collaborate and represent plaintiffs against well-funded corporations.

“I am eager to fully utilize all of our global resources to best serve the needs of our clients,” said Grossman. “Milberg’s expansion further distinguishes the firm as an outstanding top-rated plaintiffs’ firm that will continue to take the lead against corporate greed and malfeasance, wherever it occurs.”

Since Milberg’s founding in 1965, it has repeatedly taken the lead in landmark cases that have set groundbreaking legal precedents and recovered more than $50 billion in verdicts and settlements.
