Gary Klinger Recognized as a 2024 Law360 Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Rising Star

Milberg proudly announces Senior Partner Gary Klinger has been recognized by Law360 as a 2024 Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Rising Star.
According to the recent Law360 article highlighting his selection, “Gary Klinger of Milberg has become a leading plaintiffs’ attorney in class actions under Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act after securing a $68.5 million settlement against Meta.”
The Law360 Rising Star list recognizes international and U.S.-based attorneys considered “top legal talent” under 40, “whose legal accomplishments belie their age.” Mr. Klinger was selected after Law360 editors reviewed nearly 1,200 submissions.
As a practice leader of the firm’s Information Technology Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Klinger’s privacy practice specializes in areas of data breach, biometrics, and cybersecurity. He is also co-chair of Milberg’s Mass Arbitration Practice Group.
