Arlene L. Boruchowitz is a Milberg Associate practicing out of the Columbus, Ohio area where she focuses on class action litigation matters. With nearly a decade of experience, Ms. Boruchowitz is a seasoned litigator who is well-versed on both sides of complex commercial and class action litigation.

After spending years working for several AmLaw 200 firms and defending Fortune 100 clients, Arlene was inspired to join the plaintiff’s side of practice and advocate for consumers.

Passionate about representing clients who respect the legal process, Ms. Boruchowitz strongly believes class actions allow consumers to properly hold businesses accountable for their mistakes, “no matter how large or small.”

Ms. Boruchowitz graduated summa cum laude from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania where she received her B.A. She pursued her J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she also graduated summa cum laude. During her scholastic tenure, she received numerous awards for her academic achievements, including membership to the prestigious Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers.

For several consecutive years, Ms. Boruchowitz has been recognized by Best Lawyers among the “Ones to Watch” in Columbus, Ohio for commercial litigation. She is also a recognized Super Lawyer Rising Star.

Ms. Boruchowitz is licensed to practice in Ohio.

Outside the office, Ms. Boruchowitz enjoys participating in community choir, watching professional figure skating, and crocheting.  She and her husband, Will, are modern board game enthusiasts who own and play well over 100 board games.
